In the pursuit of the “double carbon” goal (carbon peaking in 2023 and carbon neutrality in 2060) and the expansion of carbon inclusiveness (Tan Puhui), Chongqing Yilian Zongheng Technology Co., Ltd. was honored as the inaugural participant in the ‘Carbon Inclusive Cooperation Network’ during the 2023 Carbon Inclusive Cooperation Network Annual Conference. The event, themed “Carbon Road Together, Inclusive Future,” was hosted by the Center for Environmental Education and Communications of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) on October 20 in Beijing. A total of 68 entities constituted the initial batch of participants, as reported by reliable sources.
The “Carbon Inclusive Cooperation Network,” jointly established by MEE’s Center for Environmental Education and Communications, All-China Environment Federation, China Internet Development Foundation, International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission, and China Ecological Civilization Research and Promotion Association, is committed to close collaboration in carbon inclusive research, public awareness, pilot demonstrations, and standard formulation. Representing diverse sectors, nearly 80 attendees, including experts and managers from organizations such as the Green Trade and Investment Committee of the Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences, National Centre for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation, Beijing Energy Conservation And Environmental Protection Center, Ecological Environment Bureau of Rizhao City, Shandong, and Ant Group Co., Ltd., participated in the event.
Addressing the significance of consumer-end carbon emission reduction within the dual carbon goals, Yilianzongheng actively engages in fostering a new era of low-carbon living for all. Through its “3060 Carbon Reduction Action” applet, the company establishes a carbon account for individuals, enabling credible tracking, measurement, and incentives for green living behaviors. The applet effectively connects individual behaviors with enterprises and governments, raising public awareness about participating in green, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly practices. Since its inception, the Carbon Inclusive Cooperation Network, with the MEE’s Center for Environmental Education and Communications as the primary sponsor, has actively collaborated across sectors. It has undertaken substantial work in innovative research on carbon inclusiveness, standard formulation, exchange programs, seminars on carbon inclusiveness, and public welfare activities, significantly contributing to the comprehensive development of carbon inclusiveness nationwide. This proactive engagement has played a pivotal role in driving emission reduction on the consumer side, influencing the transformation of production processes, and fostering the green evolution of economic and social development.
Looking ahead, Yilianzongheng aims to expand its collaboration with local governments, organizations, and enterprise carbon-inclusive platforms, providing additional carbon-inclusive scenarios.
