China Emission Accounts and Datasets (CEADs): CEADs is a collection of nearly 1,000 Chinese and foreign experts under the joint support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the International Cooperation Projects and Key R&D Programs of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the UK Research Council.
